How the process works

The investigation Our fraud investigators will review your case to determine if we can assist you. We will inform you of our ability to help.

The Bank We will compile your specific case and provide a customized report to the bank to obtain their official response.

The financial Ombudsman Service If necessary, we will create a customized report and collaborate with the FOS investigators. If the process does not yield results, you won’t incur any costs.

How log does it take?

If we successfully reach a settlement with your bank, we could have your funds returned within 15 days. However, if the bank declines to issue a refund, we will need to escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Once your case is with FOS, the timelines can vary significantly, ranging from a few weeks to potentially a couple of years.

If successful, the funds will be returned to your account, and we will then issue our invoice. We will keep you informed every step of the way so that you are always in the loop. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for you.

If the process is not successful, you will not owe anything.

This may be influenced by whether you have already filed a complaint with your bank or if the bank agrees to refund the full amount you lost without the need to escalate to FOS. (Your case will be resolved much more quickly if FOS involvement isn't necessary).
